The twenty investments represent an aggregate of 4,366 residential units, comprised of 2,745 consolidated units, of which 170 units are under development, and 1,621 units through preferred equity and loan investments. As of March 31, 2024, the Company's consolidated operating investments were approximately 94.8% occupied.
